How Big Is My BH Data Room?

Most BHs tends to be very calculative in allocating a confortable Data Room in any of their BHs.

Those in shop houses tends to use the staircase. This will give them every square inch of those ceiling a chance for those birds to built their nests.

The irony in giving so much to those wild birds while U have so little space to move around is absolutely regretable.

I believed in a conforatble data room. You will know why.

1) You need a proper room to work when you are at your BH. You might want to use those toilets, you need to store those amplifiers, the CCTV screens, those aromas, those ledders, the poles to check the tweeter and nest, spare amplifiers, spares tweeters and so forth.

2) You also need a confortable chair to sit while doing those evening observations.

3) You need a table to do your paper work.

4) You need some soldering works for any disconnected cables on your tweeters.

5) You need to have a place to ferment those raw bird shit to turn them to your BH aroma.

6) Also a place to store those additional bird shits and amonia powder and etc.

Just have a look at how this Mr.C is enjoying the CCTV show at my BH?

Ball Park Cost To Convert A Shop House To A Birdhouse !!!

Okay for any number of stories that you have (20 feet X 70 feet), the cost will be based on the first floor size multiply by RM 25 per square foot and the second floor will be the floor size (sq feet) multiply by RM 20 and the third floor will be the floor size (sq feet) multiply by Rm18.

"Harry what about those staircase, air vents and toilets and also those data room?"

Well you can deduct the total the area by about 20% loh.

"What about those roof top? My shop have a roof top made of concrete slab and you can go up and walk, upstairs."

"Should I built a water pond or just cover them up with some awning?"

Up to you loh but I would prefer the top roof be covered with those awning because water pond tend to retain those heat and very slow to cool down.

I think you should allocate about seven thousand ringgit plus minus....
