(New ventilation holes just opened recently)
Started the revamp operation at Bujang BH and went through a number of hiccups.
Nearly all the hardware shops closed to the BH were not in operation.
All were not in the mood to operate during the National day.
The next day managed to assemble nearly all the items required and head back to Kuala Lumpur to arrange for a few more things.
My worker were busy cleaning up the land and re installed some broken pipes.
They helped planting some trees while waiting for raw materials.
Immediately after receiving the ordered items they started work.
First the top floor and after that the 3rd floor (4 stories).
In the mean time I wanted them to open up some air ventilation holes on those walls.
It used to be with no holes on the sides but now each floor has about 18 new ventilation holes.
On the top most floor one of my workers focused on erecting a number of partitions to block those bright light.
At the same time I wanted to VIP rooms to be constructed.
One VIP room at the back and one at the front.
The floor used to be opened with no room.
One thing I observed while drilling those ventilation holes.
The building contractor did not put a layer of styrofoam on the top floor.
They cheated their way and not complying with the specification.
They stop the styrofoam layer at the 3rd floor.
Disgusting behavior.
I will be driving back to Sungai Patani on Thursday and will be at Bujang on the same day.
There is a strong possibility that I will stop and Trong, Perak to inspect a stand alone BH in a Palm oil plantation.
The owner called a few days ago and have a long chat about his failed BH.
Today received another SOS message from a BH owner whose BH is located in Tanjung Karang.
He too seek my professional advise to inspect his BH.
My scheduled my time for him to inspect on this coming Monday September 8th 2014.
Have a look at these pictures taken at Bujang BH:
