Many of my blog readers have been asking on the recommended way or ways to apply those duck egg in their BH.
The best input was from Dr. Eddy of Indonesia.
According to him the best is to combine the application with those Styrofoam fake nests.
First you prepare the Styrofoam fake nests by cutting those 1 cm thick foam into a strip of 2cm width X 7 cm long.
You also need to get ready those duck egg white. Break the egg properly and remove those yellow and keep the white for about one night.
Once you are inside your BH try to identify the most attractive areas where those birds will love to make their nests.
The best is above those internal sound tweeters or beside it.
You first apply, using brush about 10 cm width, a layer of the duck egg white.
Once done you then screw the Styrofoam on the duck egg applied area, in the middle of the area.
After installing the Styrofoam you apply a layer of the duck egg onto the Styrofoam too.
Try not to apply of every surface of the nesting plank, just on the spot where you wanted to screw the Styrofoam fake nest strips.
Try this method and pray that it will attract those wild birds.

Just to caution:
Dr Eddy indicated that he applied the duck egg inside his BH with 1200 nests. The result is awesome but he now will try the same inside his new BH with no nests but 40 new markings.
