There are a few things that you must do to ensure that your new BH will not be blacklisted by the local Authorities.
The most important is to ensure that the sound emitted by your new BH is not too loud.
As long as there is no complains reaching the local Authorities from the people staying within the range of your sound coverage BH you are safe. If not you are on a hot seat.
You need to monitor the situation and the best is to be closed with the local Authorities people who can help to advise U if there are any complains.
One more thing that you should consider is to get to know if there are any BH owners associations in the town that you plan to have the BH constructed. If there are then my best recommendation is to apply to be a member. Get hold of the Association's President and meet him in person.
In Btng, I was inform of the Bntg BH Owners Association and manage to talk to the President. He sounds very friendly and willing to meet anytime if I am around the Town.
My plan is to get all my Partners to meet him and ask for all the kind advises to ensure that we are running our BH operation within their guidelines.
So if you do have any plan to convert or built a new BH just make sure that you do them within the guideline.
Do not ignore these local authorities because if you do you will not be safe from their actions.
Trust me you can never run an operation without the blessing of your community....
