One of the most intrigue and fascinating was about how a BH used air condition to cool inorder to pull those wild birds to stay.
Most people will argue or try to provide a long list of reasons while air condition is no good for a BH.
Sometime they think they know so much as if they have been sleeping with those birds.
What if those birds do like the coolness of those air conditioned air?
Let us assumed that your BH is heating 33*C to 38*C. If people says that use the air condition, would you go ahead?
In Teluk Intan there was a BH that after one year it was closed to empty. The owner was so unhappy with the outcome so he got this urged to use air condition unit. It was during those hot season.
Within less then 3 months he seem to get some attention of those birds.
After getting the right number he now removed the air condition. The electricity bill was a bit too high.
If he uses those temperature sensing and activating devices he might be able to cut the bill down.

The owner shouldn't have painted the side wall in dark color. If he paint it with some reflective color he might have save the air conditioning bill.
