(This auto gate was removed and disconnected)
One big mistake that might have reduce the number of birds venturing into the Kepala Batas BH must be the auto steel gate installed at its main entrance hole.
I would like to think that spending money on the steel gate is money down the drain.
The Kepala Batas BH has one auto gate system and three steel covered windows.
The owner removed one and right now there are still two worthless items.
The auto gate at the entrance hole was removed and disconnected.
With the closed window the birds will have very tough time to maneuver in and out of the BH.
Right now the window will be opened all the time.
The flying path for those sensitive birds will be better.
The only big concern will be those owls that are common in a padi field.
Will monitor the situation and come out will some precautions when time comes.
