Now Let Us Look Inside the Devil's Monkey House !!!

These clips shows you what are those birds are doing once they entered the monkey house.

They enter and play around inside the monkey house.

They were at least 40 -60% that flew down and enter the entrance hole into the roving room.

The multiple entries at the monkey house makes the birds feel very safe since they have the options to fly out of the monkey house through all the four depending where they are and which direction they are facing when threatened.

In this way they fly in and out and at any one time when they see any bird that flew into the house they will follow the tenant.

Very interesting observation.

The more you observe their flying pattern and behaviors you will learn more and more about them.

We need to understand them much more in order for us to be a good swiftlet farmer.

If you observe the way they flew in and out and most will fly into the BH via a small entrance hole just below the base of the monkey house.

The very interesting fact about this special design is that you allow the birds to feel very save since they are not restricted to fly only inside the monkey house.

They can fly in and out of the area to get familiar with the place and the most important is to feel very safe if their is any predators.

They will fly in from one hole and out of the other hole but once they are familiar, especially when they see others entering the entrance door into the nesting room, they will follow them.

I am not going to guarantee that this is one of the best design ever tried but I will after making a bit more observations plus monitoring the number of nests increased.

If the nests numbers keep increasing I will eventually stick to this new design to make sure that these birds loves to enter all my BHs.
