This venture is suitable for those who live in parts of Cambodia, Southern Thailand, Burma, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippine and Indonesia. This blog is dedicated to my findings, crazy ideas, encounters with newbies, comments from friends, local news, pictures relevant to Birdnest plus my personal experiences and knowledge gained in swiftlet farming.

Before I Forget: Some Tips On How To Improve Your Birds Population !!!
While in Perak some days ago, I was with Mr.D and Mr.S. Mr.D indicated that he got some interesting Tips that I don't really know if it works.
His tips are not proven but he knows that some of his friends do....
Tip No 1:
Take a few pieces of your wooden planks to the beach and soak them in the sea water for 2-3 hours.
Once being soaked, dry them up carefully. Make sure no sand on them.
Take them back to your BH and try to install in one corner of your BH.
See if it works. No harm in trying......
Tips No 2:
You may also do the same but this time take about 2-3 wooden planks and dip them in a pool of waste treatment pond. Go and cari the caretaker of those indah water pond.
Dry them up and install in your BH as a nesting beam.
It will attract those wild birds to nest on them more as compared to the normal planls without any aroma.
Nothing wrong to try this to but please be advised there is no guarantee and no assurances that it will work and Harry shall not be held responsible if it does not works. (Need to protect myself to the maximum ma !!).
If it works, please ensure that the nests from this plank be shared 50:50 with Harry ....
He he he he......
