Edible Birdnest farming can be considered an ideal, most exciting and a very lucrative business. This venture is suitable for those who live in parts of Cambodia, Southern Thailand, Burma, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippine and Indonesia. This blog is dedicated to my findings, crazy ideas, encounters with newbies, comments from friends, local news, pictures relevant to Birdnest plus my personal experiences and knowledge gained in swiftlet farming.

Black Box Test Result !!!
Today did my odd job to sent out all those items that my readers have ordered.
Very tedious but got all the items sent via post laju. One to Jakarta, one to Segamat, one to Penang and two to KT.
At noon (2.00pm) started my journey to Teluk Gong, Klang. Picked up Mr.N who was very keen to see the outcome on the spot.
Reached TG by 2.30pm. Met Mr.W and he allowed us to use his facilities.
Took lots of effort to tune the sound to the right pitch and volume.
Well it seem that there were no respond from those wild birds.
I feel that due to the low number of birds in Telok Gong, it is difficult to conclude the effectiveness of the black box.
We played duress without the blax box for sometime, yet the number of birds responded was not that many.
I would prefer to carry out more test, preferably at other suitable locations, before making any conclusion.
By 5.00pm decided to pack and go.
Discussed with Mr.N to get it tested at his house. He agreed to continue with the test.
In the meantime talk to Pak J on the matter and he indicated that he is ordering a new brand direct from USA.
He will advise me on the new gadget once he got one in hand.
