How To Create Natural BH Aroma Smell For Your New BH !!!

This is something very new, very interesting and it will make you feel so stupid for not trying this method before.

Assuming you already owned a BH with say with 200 to 300 nests in it.


Due to your greeds or sometime you termed it as your expansion program and started another new BH a few kilometers away from the 1st BH.

You know that your new BH will need some natural aroma to mask those cement smell in order to attract those young birds to be your permanent tenants.

What will be the best way to reduce those cement smell?

Well the best answer is to get some fresh bird shit from somewhere and bring them across to be placed on the floor and perhaps spray some on the walls.

My latest idea that you never have thought before is to harvest those fresh bird shit from your old BH with 300 nests.

How can you do that Pak Harry?

What you can do is prior to finishing your new BH you need to start your fresh bird shit harvesting program. 

You might want to do this at least one to two months before you finish the second BH.  The longer the better.

Get a few roll of plastic sheet from your nearest hardware shop and first you need to open them from the reel.

You need to remove the plastic sheet smell for a few days. 

Hang them somewhere for a few days and once the smell are reduced you can start your fresh bird shit harvesting activities.

Bring the sheet into your old BH and placed sheet by sheet just below those nests until all the sheets are laid. One sheet can be about 4 feet by 10 feet.

Let those fresh shit accumulated for a number of weeks (4-6 weeks)  and after that get ready to transport the plastic sheet with those fresh bird shit across to your new BH.

 In this way you will get the best natural aroma fresh from your old BH to your new BH.


Once your new BH is about to be ready and about to be put  into operation you transport the fresh bird shit across.

Try to lay these plastics with fresh bird shit inside those VIP rooms.

In this way you will have a very strong chances of drawing those wild birds into your BH as compared to any other methods.

If you think I am joking just give a shot.  I am sure you will see a lot of different as compare to not having anything on the floor.

Beside transferring to your new BH you can also follow the same steps to populate other floors or nesting room of your current BH.

Let assume that you current BH is heavily populated on the higher floors and the lower floors are empty.  Just do the same and you will see some birds flying downstairs within a couple of weeks.

Be smart and you will stand above the rest.
