Just wanted to advise all my beloved blog reader that the bird call gadget, used to be in a box, have now been modified with a more powerful amplifier and tweeters.
The gadget now is with five Motorola's round tweeters and a brand new amplifier.
This new set uses new amplifier while previous units are using recycle amplifiers.
The first batch of three were sold out within one day and five more will be make available by this weekend.
Priority will be given who booked and pay in advance.
The advantage of using this type, as compared to Plug N Play unit, is that it allows you to play all those new sounds that happened to be in you possession.
Remember my article on starting your own Library of bird call sound? If you wanted to be a serious birdhouse owner, you need to have at least 20 bird sound to choose from.
So by having this bird call unit you will be able to conduct the test effectively.
The PlugNPlay (see side bar) is useful for those who have difficulties in connecting their car to the new type.
So I would say that both are good but varies in the circumstances in its usage.
The PlugNPlay have gone with some new innovation where I have included 5 sounds (prior to this was only 3 sounds) plus a connector to use the AC current from your home.
Price are nearly the same but you need to book for immediate delivery.

Is the chirping sound save into the gadget or do I need cd player and a chirping cd to play.

This particular 2nd Generation gadget need to use your car CD player. U need to arrange to attach the unit to your CD unit. The best is to take the unit and bring it to a car audio shop and they know how to make the attachment. The minimum cost is the labor and the cable about Rm 50 to 80.
