Edible Birdnest farming can be considered an ideal, most exciting and a very lucrative business. This venture is suitable for those who live in parts of Cambodia, Southern Thailand, Burma, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippine and Indonesia. July/September There Will Be Lots Of Young Swiftlets In The Air !!!
This July/September, there will lots of young birds flying out of their craddle.
This will be a very good time to take a good look at your birdhouse population.
My birdhouse in SP is showing the same mode. Most of the nests are with baby birds and they are already with feathers. I am pretty sure come September they will take off to the sky and I do hope they will come back to nest beside their place of origin.
The best advise I wanted to give you is to get ready.
To get ready mean, get your birdhouse in the best operational mode to lure these young birds from the sky.
You need to ensure that you birdhouse temperature are right, the humidity are perfect, the sound system are now with good amplifiers, the tweeters are crystal clear, perhaps you got a new sound to play and the house smell is very aromatic.
Perhap you should at least change those bird shit to a fresh bags.
I will also encourage you to conduct a nest count. Just record how many they are and get ready to see new nests coming up in the nest three to four months.
You might also consider to harvest some of those nests that are being occupied mored then two times.
No matter what happened with your birdhouse, the young swiftlets will take off to the sky. There might be a few millions out there and take your chance to lure them to your birdhouse.
Best of luck and happy luring (pancing burung).
