You place those bird shit that you bought from a store to get more aroma in the house.

You play those sexy sounds to make the birds feel at home.

If the smell is still not good enought you spread the floor with those powder that mimic the shit pungent smell..

Once your house microhabitat is closed to or similar to those houses or cave that have many residents inside, then you stand a very good chances to bring those birds to make your house as their permenant resident.

You cannot simply built a house and hope that god will lead those birds into it.

You have to be better prepared and make your house the top notch hotel in your area.

You must ensure that yours is better then your neighbor's birdhouse.

You must not be scared of your neighbors but they are the one will be scared of yours. All in all your birdhouse must be well designed, well laced with those aroma, your tweeters are with the right numbers and playing the right sound.

If after five years you are still not having the right numbers of birds inside then it would be advisable for your to let it go and find a better place to built your new dream birdhouse.
