Uncompleted BH after Parting with 27K !!!

This will happen to you if you are too carried away with his dream Swiftlet Farming BH.
Remember you need to make the right decision and make sure you have enough fund to carry out the total job scope.

Once you have make up you mind, draw out a proper agreement which defined the relationship, the responsibilities of each party and the payment terms.

Never to take the arrangment for granted and you must get those agreement papers signed.
In the even that the constrcution job hit a snag, you can to refer to those terms and conditions agreed by both parties.
You must never rely on trust and expect the contracter to deliver your BH.
For this Sungai Besar abandoned project, the BH owner was extremely excited and never sign any papers.
He parted with his deposit (RM 27,000) and after a few weeks he hit a snag.
The snag can be due to the consultant or by the owner who failed to follow an agreed terms.

The only way to know the truth is to call both parties and ask what went wrong.
I do not wish to blame any one but I just wanted to highlight that you need to be very careful with your decisions.
Make sure you come up with a legitimate agreements and once agreed then both must ensure they follow the terms stipulated.
Those who need my help, kind sms to me their email address so that I can sent a draft copy of a BH contract agrteement. The cost is just RM 20.

My main purpose is to expose some of the things that might go wrong if you are not very careful.
